Troubleshooting

New telephone service, questions about Cisco Unity voicemail, contact centers or Cisco Finesse, as well as changes to existing telephone services or individual technical difficulties (static, etc.) should be reported directly to the ITS Infrastructure - Ann Arbor Telecommunications Analysts by navigating to the link here or by contacting them at 734-763-2000. Campus-wide outages should be reported to the ITS Helpdesk at (810) 762-3123.
